Wedding Experience
Wedding Package
$65.00 a person + tax/minimum 100 guests
Includes:
Yacht: Four hours use of the Yacht Caroline or Christopher. One half hour for boarding and an elegant ceremony, three hours of cruising through the San Pedro and Long Beach Harbors and one half hour of disembarking time.
Minister: A lovely ceremony by a California licensed and uniformed minister. You may choose the minister’s preselected vows or write and read your own. A consultation will be arranged with the minister to discuss your ceremony.
Food: Please see the enclosed menu. Only the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used to prepare your entrees.
Linen: All tables will be covered with white linen tablecloths.
Champagne: A glass of champagne served in a crystal champagne flute will be served to each guest of a legal drinking for a champagne toast.
Soft Drinks: Free flowing soft beverage service will be provided to all guests. This includes Coffee, Iced Tea, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite.
Bar Setup: A full cash bar will be made available to all guests. Arrangements for a hosted bar or a partially hosted bar may be made.
Wedding Cake: There are a variety of cakes to choose from. See the enclosed selection. The appropriate size of cake will be included to serve all confirmed guests.
Flowers: A centerpiece for all tables on the Yacht Caroline, including the buffet table and the wedding archway will be included. A consultation will be arranged with the florist to discuss your floral color scheme.
Disc Jockey: Four hours of DJ service will be provided with your choice of music. A consultation will be arranged with the DJ to discuss your music preference.
Photos: A consultation with a professional photographer will be arranged. You will receive 80 to 120 professional photographs of your wedding memories on CD.
$500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. 50% of the estimated wedding costs are due and payable 30 days before your event. Final payment is due prior to boarding the vessel for your event. Gratuity is included for all service personnel excluding the bartender. Cash\paying bar customers may tip the bartender as desired. 20% gratuity will be added to all hosted liquor tabs.
28 or less guests=$188.00/per person + tax
29-39 guests=$154.00 per person + tax
40-50 guests=$134.00/per person + tax
51-75 guests=$114.00/per person + tax
76-99 guests=$85.00/per person + tax
